职位描述
1. 负责上车身部品正向开发，包括Layout检讨、结构设计、数据发布（3D数模&2D图纸）；
2. 负责造型CAS可行性校核及问题反馈；
3. 负责新产品主断面设计、性能优化；
4. 负责上车身BOM/DCS/DFMEA等技术文件编制及维护；
5. 支持同步工程进行设计优化、降本减重；
6. 管理零部件供应商的开发和认可工作，以及设变管理和成本优化；
7. 支持新车试制，解决上车身试制及试验、路试问题；
8. 跨部门开展工作，响应并解决项目开发中的上车体问题；
岗位要求：
1. 本科，机械类相关专业优先；
2. 从事车身上屋设计工作3年及以上，能独立承担车身子系统开发工作；
4. 熟悉车身结构、工艺，了解相关材料的性能，掌握重量和成本控制方法；
5. 熟悉整车项目开发流程及试验规范、技术标准、法律法规；
6. 熟练掌握Benchmark阶段专业数据采集和分析工作；
7. 精通CATIA/UG等设计软件；
8. 具有规范的文档编写能力。
