职位描述
1. 依据汽车设计团队的二维效果图与CAS数据，独立完成1:1或缩比油泥模型的全流程制作，确保造型细节与设计意图高度一致。
2. 负责油泥模型的精修与打磨，精准把控车身曲面、线条比例及光影效果，优化空气动力学性能。
3. 配合数字化团队完成模型的3D扫描与数据逆向，输出高精度点云数据支持后续工程开发。
4. 参与设计评审，基于模型实物效果提出造型优化建议，推动设计方案迭代。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，工业设计、雕塑或相关专业背景，具备扎实的造型美学基础。
2. 拥有3年以上汽车油泥模型制作经验，熟练掌握油泥雕塑工具（刮刀、刮片、模板等）的使用技法。
3. 精通汽车车身结构与比例关系，能精准还原复杂曲面与细节特征。
4. 熟悉数字化扫描、逆向工程流程，能与设计、工程团队高效协同。
5. 具备良好的空间想象力与审美能力，对流行趋势与用户需求有敏锐洞察力。
