职位描述
负责电动驱动系统的变更管理。
负责电动驱动系统的故障排查。
负责电动驱动项目的管理、预算规划、报告编制、跟踪与追溯（包括外部资源管理）
熟悉诸如 GB18488-2024 等的电动驱动标准。
了解电动机的工作原理。
熟悉电动驱动的 LAH 分析和规格。
熟悉电动驱动的验证和故障解决流程。
具备电动驱动系统的硬件基础知识（例如 3D 建模、NVH 等）。
拥有超过 3 年的电动驱动系统开发工作经验。
能够使用 CATIA 等设计软件；
熟悉动力传动系统标准和测试案例。
能够独立定义电动驱动的台架测试流程，并与相关部门/团队保持一致。
有与大众合资企业或威伯沃公司合作的工作经验者优先；
