职位描述
负责根据项目里程碑进行电子/电气产品的发布工作，能够进行初步评估、详细评估、关键因素分析等。
负责根据项目要求在 AVON 系统中编制电子技术设计变更文件和 AEKO 文件。
负责电子问题的排查工作，包括找出根本原因、定义应对措施、审核供应商的 8D 报告、总结经验教训等。
具备良好的英语沟通能力，以便与上级同事密切合作。
负责与供应商沟通，以进行测试或生产线试用方面的澄清工作。
向电子 BTV、技术项目负责人和团队经理汇报工作。
任职资格
电气工程、电子工程或相关领域的学士/硕士学位
至少 5 年硬件设计与开发的专业经验（在大众集团有相关工作经验者优先）
熟悉大众的标准、当地及监管规定
熟悉大众的发布里程碑
熟悉大众 MEB 平台的高压电池电子电气设计
在大众设计变更控制（AEKO）流程和 AVON 系统方面具备专家级能力
能熟练使用中文和英文进行沟通，会德语者优先
高度自我驱动力，能够独立完成任务，无需过多监督，并能独立负责各项任务以确保目标达成
