职位描述
1. 负责汽车总装车间的工艺方案设计与优化，包括装配流程规划、工位布局及作业指导书编制。
2. 主导新车型导入阶段的工艺可行性分析，参与工装夹具选型与验证，确保量产阶段的工艺稳定性。
3. 跟踪生产现场的工艺执行情况，通过数据分析识别瓶颈问题，制定并推动工艺改进方案落地。
4. 与研发、质量、生产等跨部门协作，解决装配过程中的技术难题，保障产品质量与生产效率。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程等相关专业。
2. 具备3年以上汽车总装工艺设计经验，熟悉整车装配流程及工艺标准。
3. 掌握CAD等工程软件，能独立完成工艺图纸绘制与方案设计。
4. 具备较强的问题分析能力与跨部门沟通协调能力，能快速响应生产现场需求。
