职位描述
1. 负责汽车车身冲压件的工艺方案设计，包括冲压工艺规划、工序排布及模具选型。
2. 主导冲压模具的开发与调试，解决模具试模过程中的成型缺陷问题，确保零件满足质量标准。
3. 优化冲压生产流程，提升设备利用率与生产效率，降低制造成本。
4. 参与冲压生产线的布局规划与设备选型，制定标准化作业指导书。
5. 跟踪生产过程中的质量问题，提供技术支持并推动持续改进。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，材料成型、机械工程等相关专业。
2. 3年以上汽车冲压工艺或模具设计经验，熟悉冲压成型原理及常见缺陷解决方案。
3. 精通AutoCAD、CATIA等设计软件，具备独立完成冲压工艺方案的能力。
4. 了解汽车行业质量标准（如IATF16949），具备较强的问题分析与解决能力。
5. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能适应跨部门项目协作。
