Activities 主要职责活动
1. Assist the supervisor to implement HR daily job(C&B, training,development,recruiting..)执行人力资源管理相关工作(薪酬福利、劳动关系、招聘、考勤);
2. Related HR data colleclion and analysis, propose creative improvement suggestions.进行人力资源相关数据的统计和分析,并提出建设性建议:
3. Assist supervisor to build positive employee relationship, to implement HR management effectively.协助上级建立积极正向的员工关系,有效的实施人力资源管理
4. Collect employees feedback, to support supervisors to make decision 及时搜集和反映员工反馈,为上级决策提供支持
5. Other jobs relevant to HR department. 其他跟人力资源相关工作
Requirements 任职要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in management 本科及以上学历,管理类相关专业
2. 5-years HR related work experiences 5年及以上相关工作经验
3. Familiar with local government labour regulations 熟悉本地的劳动法及政策法规
4. Work independently, aggressive,self-initiated,self-motivated 独立工作,积极主动,自我激励
5. Be energetic, careful, proactive in personality, have good learning communication skill, have good teamworkspirit严谨,细心,工作积极主动,有良好的学习能力和沟通技巧,有良好的团队合作意识:
6. Good MS office skill, especially in Excel 能熟练掌握Excel高阶公式及数据分析。
