B.Proficient in programming with PLCS such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Omron, and capable of writing ladder diagrams/ST structured text. Complete the programming of supporting facilities such as touch screens, servo systems, frequency converters, sensors, vision systems, and scanning codes, as well as on-site debugging and fault optimization. 熟练使用西门子、三菱、欧姆龙等 PLC 编程，编写梯形图 / ST 结构化文本；完成触摸屏、伺服、变频器、传感器、视觉、扫码等配套程序编写、现场调试与故障优化。

C.Follow up on the installation, wiring and layout guidance of automated equipment, coordinate the progress of external construction, complete the overall machine integration test and no-load/load trial operation, and meet the production rhythm and process requirements. 跟进自动化设备装机、接线、布线指导，统筹外协施工进度，完成整机联调、空载 / 负载试运行，达成生产节拍与工艺要求。

D.Be responsible for the daily inspection and regular maintenance of the automated production line in the workshop. Quickly handle sudden faults such as equipment shutdown, abnormal communication, disordered operation, and precision deviation to ensure stable production on the production line. 负责车间自动化生产线日常巡检、定期保养；快速处理设备停机、通讯异常、动作错乱、精度偏差等突发故障，保障产线稳产。

E.Optimize the control logic in combination with the actual production, simplify the operation process and reduce the equipment failure rate. Improve the rhythm of automated movements, increase production capacity and reduce manual intervention. 结合生产实际优化控制逻辑，简化操作流程，降低设备故障率；改善自动化动作节拍，提升产能、减少人工干预。

F.Conduct training for operators and maintenance workers on equipment operation, daily maintenance, and simple fault handling. Connect with production, maintenance, purchasing and outsourcing teams, and coordinate to solve cross-departmental technical problems. 对操作工、维修工开展设备操作、日常维护、简易故障处理培训；对接生产、运维、采购、外协团队，协调解决跨部门技术问题。

G.Participate in the automation upgrade of old equipment and the research and development of non-standard automation equipment; Introduce technologies such as variable frequency energy conservation, intelligent interlocking control, and data collection to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 参与老旧设备自动化升级、非标自动化设备研发；引入变频节能、智能联控、数据采集等技术，实现降本增效。

H.Calculate various production resources, assess the benefits of automation introduction, and put forward improvement suggestions. 对各项生产资源进行核算，评估自动化导入的收益，提出改进建议。

I.Complete other tasks assigned by superior and support the overall goals of the team and the progress of the project. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作，支持团队的整体目标和项目进展。

二、任职要求

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical automation, mechatronics or related fields, familiar with the entire industrial control process本科以上学历，电气自动化、机电一体化相关专业，熟悉工控全流程

2.5-year at least work experiences related on automation至少5年以上自动化技术相关工作经验

3.Written and reading skill on English. 英语读写能力。
