As a global automotive supplier regarding our new investment in China we are looking for candidates for the position
Hardware Engineer
Place of work: Tianjin, China
The person hired for this position will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the maintenance of proper operation of machinery, equipment and production facilities

保障机器、设备及生产设施稳定正常运行
• Implementation and assurance of proper operation of testing equipment

负责检测设备调试运行，并确保设备工况合规
• Carrying out preventive activities according to planned schedules

依照计划日程开展设备预防性维保作业
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting production and auxiliary equipment failures

排查、诊断生产线及辅助设备各类故障并完成维修
• Recording of inspections and repairs performed

完整记录设备巡检、维修全过程台账
• Commissioning of new machines and production lines

新设备、全新产线的安装调试投产工作
• Preparation of process documentation in Chinese (translation from English)

将英文工艺文件翻译、编制为中文版本工艺资料
• Training of production employees Requirements:

对一线生产员工开展操作技能培训

• Higher technical education (electrical engineering, automation, electronics, mechatronics)

机电类大专及以上学历（电气工程、自动化、电子技术、机电一体化专业优先）
• Knowledge of English, knowledge of Polish language is a plus

具备英语读写沟通能力，会波兰语者优先
• Possibility to travel abroad (several months of training in Poland provided)

可接受境外出差（公司安排前往波兰进行为期数月的专项培训）

• Knowledge of the principles of operation and repair of production machinery

熟悉生产机械设备运行原理与维修工艺
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical and electronic schematics

能够看懂工程图纸、电气原理图、电子线路图
• Ability to operate control and measurement equipment

熟练使用各类控制、检测测量仪器
• Willingness to work in shifts

能够适应倒班工作制

Additional assets will include:
• Experience in repairing machinery and equipment

拥有机械设备维修实操经验
• Experience in commissioning and repairing automation systems equipped with robots

有搭载机器人的自动化产线调试、维修从业经历
• PLC programming basics

掌握 PLC 基础编程能力
• Knowledge of TestStand, LabView software

熟悉 TestStand、LabView 测试软件
