• 与采购和供应链协调：
与供应链和采购团队密切合作，以确保采购的所有材料和组件符合所需的技术规格和公司标准。
• 采购物品的技术审查：
评估技术文件和供应商数据，以确保符合质量和行业标准（例如阀门、材料）。
• 材料质量保证：
对采购的材料进行检查、审计和测试，以验证其符合规格要求，重点是阀门和关键组件。
• 供应商资格评定：
与采购团队合作，根据供应商满足技术和质量要求的能力对其进行评估和资格评定。
• 文件和报告：
维护所有采购材料的详细质量控制记录和文件，确保可追溯性和符合法规和公司标准。
• 不符合项管理：
管理不符合项报告（NCRs），确保及时采取纠正措施并解决与供应商相关的问题。
• 符合标准：
确保采购的材料和组件符合适用的法规、标准和公司要求。确保所有采购的材料和产品符合相关的阀门标准（例如API、ASME、ANSI）和其他技术规范。
• 技术图纸审核：
使用AutoCAD审核并验证采购组件的技术图纸，确保它们符合设计规范并适合制造。
• 与供应商沟通：
与供应商沟通以解决质量和技术问题，确保采购实践不断改进。
• 支持供应链决策：

要求：
• 机械工程或相关专业学士学位。
• 3至4年阀门，机械相关领域的市场经验。
• 熟悉阀门标准（如API、ASME、ANSI）以及相关行业规范。
• 对材料及其规格有深入了解，并有对采购物品进行技术评估的经验。
• 熟练使用AutoCAD进行技术图纸的审核和验证。

Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and technically skilled QA/QC Engineer to be part of Technical support and ensure that all sourced materials and products meet both the company’s and industry standards.
This role will involve close coordination with the sourcing and supply chain teams to ensure that materials are in line with technical specifications and quality requirements.
The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with valve and material standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of material specifications and sourcing processes are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Sourcing and Supply Chain:
Work closely with the supply chain and sourcing teams to verify that all procured materials and components align with the required technical specifications and company standards.
Technical Review of Sourced Items:
Evaluate technical documentation and supplier data to ensure conformity with quality and industry standards (e.g., valves, materials).
Material Quality Assurance:
Perform inspections, audits, and tests on sourced materials to verify their compliance with specifications, focusing on valves and critical components.
Supplier Qualification:
Collaborate with the sourcing team to evaluate and qualify suppliers based on their ability to meet technical and quality requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed quality control records and documentation for all sourced materials, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Non-Conformance Management:
Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), ensuring that corrective actions are taken and issues are resolved with suppliers in a timely manner.
Compliance with Standards:
Ensure that all sourced materials and products comply with relevant valve standards (e.g., API, ASME, ANSI) and other technical specifications.
Technical Drawing Review:
Use AutoCAD to review and verify technical drawings for sourced components, ensuring they meet design specifications and are suitable for manufacturing.
Liaise with Suppliers:
Communicate with suppliers to resolve quality and technical issues, ensuring continuous improvement in sourcing practices.
Support Supply Chain Decisions:
Provide technical insights during supplier selection and material procurement processes to ensure the most suitable, high-quality materials are sourced.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3-4 years of market experience in the field.
Familiarity with valve standards (e.g., API, ASME, ANSI) and relevant industry codes.
Strong knowledge of materials and material specifications, with experience in technical evaluation of sourced items.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and verifying technical drawings.
Hands-on experience in quality assurance, sourcing, and material testing, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Strong documentation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects.
Ability to work closely with supply chain, sourcing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on quality standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
