职位描述
2、独立操作激光粒度仪、导热仪、粘度计、电子显微镜等设备，完成关键性能指标测试；
3、主导来料检验（IQC）、过程巡检（IPQC）与出厂检验（OQC），识别潜在风险并提出改进建议；
4、分析品质异常原因，协助制定纠正与预防措施（CAPA），推动闭环管理；
5、负责客户投诉处理，出具品质分析报告，支持技术部门改进工艺；
6、协助完善品质管理体系文件，参与内审与客户审核准备工作。
2、2年以上品质检验、质量控制或实验室工作经验，熟悉工业品或材料类企业质量流程者优先；
3、熟悉ISO9001/14001等质量管理体系，了解基本的统计工具；
4、具备较强的逻辑思维与问题分析能力，能独立判断常见品质问题；
5、责任心强，沟通能力好，能主动发现品质问题并推动解决。
