PART.01 About Us
We are a fintech investment institution focusing on global financial market allocation. We adopt big data and professional technical analysis tools to participate in transactions covering global forex markets, precious metals and mainstream financial derivatives.We are currently building and incubating a professional proprietary trading team.
This position features high flexibility with a fully remote working arrangement. You are expected to independently identify market opportunities and establish your own logical trading framework. Intellectual rigor, self-management ability and strong curiosity for market learning are essential qualities for this role.
PART.02 Job Responsibilities
Strictly comply with internal risk control regulations and keep the daily capital drawdown within the specified limit.
Develop and refine an independent trading system under institutional risk constraints, and maintain stable periodic performance.
Conduct statistical analysis on daily trading records, continuously summarize trading logic and optimize trading discipline.
PART.03 Required Qualifications
Recognize the long-term development trend of fintech and global financial markets, have a passion for the trading profession, and intend to pursue a long-term career in trading.
Age 25–30 is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with outstanding market acumen and trading talent are warmly welcome to apply.
A science or engineering background is preferred; overseas study experience is a plus.
PART.04 Career Path & Positions
No personal capital investment is required from applicants. Selected candidates will receive four weeks of free professional training and need to pass our simulated trading assessment.
Professional Proprietary TraderIndependently operate capital allocated by the institution, comply with risk control rules to maintain stable performance, and enjoy attractive performance commission rebates.
Trading Team LeaderResponsible for training and mentoring new traders, establishing and managing the trading team, with personal income linked to the overall team performance.
