职位描述
1，项目可行性评估：对接电池盒开发中心，主导工厂端对前期工艺策划的评审。
2，项目进度管理：项目开发进度管理（工装开发进度、检具开发进度、设备请购进度），输出各节点开发计划并推进。
3，APQP及PPAP资料输出：按照APQP流程输出过程开发资料，在试生产阶段输出PPAP资料，并定期点检。
4，交样管理：主导新品交样管理并定期回顾优化新品交样流程。
5，项目转移验收：组织工厂团队参与工装移转验收，移转后的工装设备安装、调试、验收，主导PPAP考评，客户关系维护。
6，风险管理：风险识别、评估和升级，使项目开发的风险得到有效控制和解决。
7，订单管理：协助业务完成订单报价、与生管确定生产计划、跟进产品生产过程、协调解决生产异常确保交付。
8，成本管理：新产品试制材料费用管控，移转前、后的节拍、合格率管控、VAVE改善提案等。
9，其他：BOM文件的制定及系统导入、维护，本模块目标、KPI指标和MOS指标的完成与统计提报工作。
任职资格：
1，本科及以上学历，金属材料、机械、自动化相关专业。
2，至少五年以上项目管理经验，熟悉汽车行业项目开发流程。
3，英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言
4，熟悉项目管理流程，能应用工业软件识别图纸，熟悉电池盒产品工艺。
5，正直、诚信、创新，客户导向。
6，具有良好的抗压能力和团队合作能力。
