We are seeking an E-commerce Channel Shopper assisstant manger, focusing on planning & executing EC on site activation, including but not limited to paid media strategy, consumer experience planning, activation & paid media performance review etc. Key responsibilities including exploring ways to drive GMV, AIPA scale and funnel conversion through shopper insights, channel data analysis and cross-team collaboration. We invite professionals with solid EC paid media experience, strategic mindset and strong management skills to join us.

- Work with TP to manage on site activation activities. Ensure the agency execution aligns with the brand strategy and delivers efficient results.
- Develop overall EC paid media strategies and phased action plans (including bidding strategy, audience targeting, creative direction, etc.). Define key priorities and optimization directions based on platform rules and brand objectives, and provide guidance to the agency for implementation.
- Track agency execution progress, monitor EC paid media performance data (exposure, clicks, conversion rate, ROI, CPC/CPM, etc.) on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) performance reviews of EC paid media campaigns. Issue review reports, summarize key learnings and areas for improvement, iterate and optimize strategies to enhance media efficiency, control costs, and ensure the achievement of business targets.
- Use big data tools (AIPL, Strategy Center, Data Bank, etc.) to analyze TA flow, explore needs and behaviors, and intiate plans to drive new customer acquisition, current user retention, brand activation and cross-category strategies.
- Monitor major competitors’ EC paid media activities and traffic structure, analyze their tactics, keywords and strengths, and develop differentiated competitive strategies.
- Use Business Advisor, JD Business Intelligence to diagnose store traffic and conversion funnel, identify pain points via data mining, and propose data-driven optimization suggestions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop EC paid media support plans for key initiatives (618, Double 11, new product launches, live streams) to maximize traffic and conversion.
- Evaluate EC resource packages and channel IPs, liaise with platforms for procurement, manage end-to-end implementation and review, and optimize resource ROI.
- Gather EC market dynamics, platform updates and industry trends, and share insights with agencies and internal stakeholders to inform strategy and resource alignment.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
- Core Requirement: 5+ years of hands-on EC paid media experience, with proven records in account building, campaign execution and performance optimization. Demonstrated agency management experience to drive strategy implementation.
- Familiar with Alibaba/JD EC paid media ecosystem; proficient in tools (Zhitongche, Zuanzhan, Super Recommendation, Jingzhuntong) and data platforms (Data Bank, Business Advisor, JD Business Intelligence, Data Studio), with independent data analysis and strategy development capabilities.
- Strong shopper insight and data sensitivity; ability to identify core issues, propose actionable optimizations, and focus on ROI and conversion efficiency.
- Basic marketing acumen; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on EC paid media support for campaigns. Understanding of platform resource procurement and end-to-end review.
- Industry: Experience in Mother & Baby, Health & Wellness, or Nutritional Supplements is strong plus.
- Able to work professionally in English (written and spoken).
