Interrelations
The Port Service Engineer (PSE) Coordinators will report to the PSE Coordinator Team Lead. Collaborating with the Port Service Engineers, Area PSE Managers and Customer Service.
Formal authorities
The job holder has the authority to act and make decisions within this functional description.
Main responsibilities
1. Planning and coordinating activities performed by Port Service Engineers such as onboard visits on customer vessels.
2. Responding to incoming questions and enquiries related to Port Service Engineer activities with professionalism and speed, ensuring quality of service is delivered.
3. Quality controlling the PSE uploads and issuing the relevant reports and documentations after each conducted vessel visits.
4. Ensuring appropriate problem solving and close cooperation with other functions internally to fulfil customer needs in most efficient way.
5. Utilizing appropriate IT tools available for transparent and consistent way of working?
Keeping relevant internal stakeholders aware of all key issues related to specific product, technical and or service-related problems.
6. Actively work on a day-to-day basis to ensure optimal and efficient use of resources.
What you need to succeed in the role:
1. 5 years of experience in the marine industry
2. Vocational technical or maritime training
3. Good level of fluency in English
4. Computer literate?

Mandatory requirements
1. Excellent communication and presentational skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a multinational environment.
3. Ability to manage and motivate employees and external contractor service personnel.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and on own initiative.
5. Ability to work independently, systematically and meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
6. Ability to generate new ideas and be receptive to new ideas.?
7. Self-driven, proven team player who is outgoing, ambitious, and full of initiative
