职位描述
2、根据项目设计计划，协助主任落实专业人员的配备，制定进度安排，进行任务交底，督促并协助设计人按时完成成品。
3、参加设计总工程师组织的设计评审，负责顾客提供资料的验证，掌握有关本专业和相关专业的全面情况，检查鉴定原始资料，落实开展设计的条件，组织调查收资工作。负责组织相关设计人员对设计分包单位设计成品进行设计确认，并填写设计成品确认记录。
4、协调卷册间的分工与衔接，做到各卷册在技术上和表达方式上协调一致。校核设计图纸，对设计人员的工作进行指导。负责专业间的联系配合工作，审签提出的联系配合资料。按规定会签外专业图纸和设计文件。
5、在设计总工程师组织下做好有关对外单位的联系配合工作，配合业主单位签订与本专业有关的各项技术协议。征求生产、施工单位对设计的意见。
6、主动深入工地，会同工代做好设计交底工作。全面了解工程的质量信息，归口处理工代提出的技术问题。
7、负责编写本专业的工程大事记和工程总结。积累本工程的档案材料，在工程设计结束后及时完成归档工作。负责专业评审纪要及相关文件的编制工作，负责相关文件的归档工作。
8、完成领导交办的其它工作。
9、参与/配合/协助其他部门组织的培训，贯标，科研等相关工作。
