职位描述
1. 监督钢结构的现场焊接生产及质量控制。
2 Focus on the supervision and inspection of full penetration welding, ensuring welding quality meets design and standard requirements.
3 Develop, review and implement welding procedure specifications (WPS) ,and procedure qualification records (PQR).
4 Conduct visual inspection, dimensional inspection and coordinate NDT testing.
5 Verify welder qualifications, welding materials and equipment status.
6 Identify welding defects, analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
7 Communicate and coordinate effectively with our teams.
8 Prepare and maintain complete English and Chinese quality records and inspection reports.
9 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems.
1 至少有 10 年的 MAG 焊接监督、焊接检验或相关技术岗位的工作经验。
2 Professional expertise in special equipment and steel structure welding, especially in full penetration welding technology and quality control.
3 Familiar with relevant international and domestic welding standards and quality systems.
4 Proficient in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.
5 Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with internal and foreign teams.
6 Good command of written and spoken English is better.
7 Relevant professional certificates (welding inspector, IWS,IWT,IWE, welding instructor,etc.) are preferred.
