消防管理职业健康管理安全管理金属制品/机加工电气机械/电力设备
工作内容 Job Description:
__根据国家安全生产及环境保护法律和技术要求来开展日常运转工作；
Carry out daily operations in accordance with the laws and technical requirements of the state on safe production and environmental protection.
__监督、组织公司各职能部门在生产经营活动中有关安全环保方面工作的实施，使公司各职能部门从事各项生产、实验、研发及经营等活动所带来的对员工、环境的影响降至最低，积极参与各项环保工程的改造项目，以保证其符合国家标准；
To supervise and organize the implementation of safety and environmental protection in production and operation activities of all departments of the company ，to minimize the impact on employees and the environment caused by the activities of various functional departments of the company, such as production, experiment, r&d and operation. Actively participate in the transformation projects of various environmental protection projects, To ensure compliance with national standards.
___维护及更新执行公司相关安全、健康、环境文件、规定制度，进行定期的安全检查及整改处理，对员工进行安全教育、训练实施及记录管理；
Maintain and update the company's relevant safety, health, environmental documents and regulations, Conduct safety education, training implementation and record management for employees.
__工伤及安全事故处理及再发放之对策，劳保用品配置、更新及使用监督；
Measures for handling and redistribution of work-related injuries and safety accidents, allocation, renewal and use supervision of labor insurance supplies.
___组织员工培训，如入职公司级安全培训、日常安防培训、防噪音培训、消防培训、动火培训；

__通过不定时深入车间一线或利用监控对生产纪律进行检查，每周汇总检查情况，通报存在问题，重点做好以下工作：
Check the production discipline by going into the front line of the workshop on an irregular basis or by monitoring. Summarize the inspection situation every week and report the problems. Focus on the following work:
1.对员工工作期间的防护器具穿戴进行检查；
Check the wearing of protective equipment during work:
2.对车间的6S管理跟进督查，对办公区域6S情况进行抽查；
Follow up and inspect 6S management in the workshop, and conduct spot check on 6S status in the office area
3.对车间机动车辆行驶进行督查，如：外来拉（送）货车、单位叉车载物安全情况；
Supervise the driving of motor vehicles in the workshop, for example;Safety of goods carried by trucks;
4.对违规抽烟、接打电话、玩手机、打游戏，嬉笑打闹情况进行制止，并依归做出处罚；
Stop smoking, answering phone calls, playing mobile phones, playing games, laughing and making fun of others and punish them accordingly
5.对在劳动时间内长时间脱离工作岗位的消极怠工情况进行督查；
To supervise the negative work neglect that leaves the post for a long time during working hours;
6.参与监督物流部废料处置（称量）；
Participate in the supervision of waste disposal (weighing) of logistics department
7.熟悉特殊工种岗位持证上岗要求，对入、离职特殊工种人员证件复印进行收集存放、分类登记；

8.完成部门安全或上级赋予的其他工作任务。

要求：
◆大学专科学历。环境安全、工程类相关专业。
