Core Responsibilities
Provide full-cycle daily HR support, Key duties included driving recruitment cycles, administering employee onboarding/offboarding, processing internal transfers, and managing probationary assessments to support workforce stability and policy adherence.
Orchestrated and supported the implementation of local HR initiatives and time-sensitive tasks at the plant level, including comprehensive management of client audit preparations and emergency response coordination.
Partnered with people leaders to design and execute business-driven training and employee experience programs, continuously advancing organizational capability development and shaping company culture by strengthening core competencies and elevating engagement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration or related fields; 5+ years of proven HR experience.
Experience in an international company is a strong plus and proficient in English.
Familiar with basic HR processes and local labor laws.
Good communication, coordination and execution skills; attention to detail.
Proficient in office software and HR information systems.
Responsible, empathetic and strong confidentiality awareness.
