- 主导B2B冻干果蔬产品的全流程研发(从客户需求拆解、配方工艺设计到中试放大及量产转化),重点提升研发→生产的落地效率。
- 管理2名研发工程师,合理分配样品制作与前端研发任务,缩短项目周期。
- 与销售、生产、质量、设备部门紧密协同,解决客户技术痛点,针对大客户定制化需求提供快速可行的工艺方案。
- 建立B2B研发项目管控节点,定期复盘交付质量与效率,对项目延期或转化失败问题进行根因分析并推动改善。
- 主导工艺优化与成本控制,提升冻干果蔬产品的复水性、色泽、口感稳定性及出成。
- 本科及以上学历,食品科学、农产品加工或相关专业。
- 5年以上冻干果蔬研发经验,其中至少1年团队管理或项目主导经验;熟悉B2B业务模式下的客户技术对接。
- 精通冻干燥原理、前处理工艺(护色、漂烫、糖渍等)及设备参数调整,能独立解决中试放大中的常见问题(如塌陷、褐变、粘连)。
- 具备极强的项目推动力与执行力,能主动拉通跨部门资源,而非被动等待指令。
- 逻辑清晰,能快速判断研发方案的工业化可行性,对“效率低、转化慢”有成熟的改进方法。
- 精通英语作为工作语言。

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end R&D for B2B freeze-dried products (from customer requirement analysis, formulation & process design to pilot scale-up and mass production translation), focusing on improving R&D-to-manufacturing handover efficiency.
- Manage 2 R&D engineers, balancing sample preparation and front-end R&D tasks to shorten project lead times.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, QA teams, Maintenance to solve technical pain points, providing fast and feasible process solutions for key account customization needs.
- Establish B2B R&D project control checkpoints, regularly review delivery quality and efficiency, conduct root cause analysis for delays or failed scale-ups, and drive improvements.
- Lead process optimization and cost control to improve rehydration ratio,color, texture stability, and yield of freeze-dried products.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science, Agricultural Processing, or related field.
- 5+ years of R&D experience in freeze-dried fruits & vegetables, with at least 1 year in team management or project leadership; familiar with B2B client technical communication.
- Proficient in freeze-drying principles, pre-treatment processes (color protection, blanching, sugaring, etc.), and equipment parameter tuning; able to independently resolve common pilot-scale issues (e.g., collapse, browning, sticking).
- Strong project driving and execution ability; capable of proactively aligning cross-functional resources rather than waiting for instructions.
- Logical thinker with proven methods to improve “low efficiency and slow translation” in R&D.
- Proficient in English as a working language.
