- 负责亚太地区B2C冻干果蔬新品的全周期开发(含冻干水果零食、功能性冻干块、儿童/健康线产品),每年主导2-3个系列上市。
- 研究亚太地区消费趋势(如东南亚、日韩、中国本土),提出符合区域口感、包装规格及营养成分偏好的产品概念。
- 管理1名研发工程师,并协同市场、设计、供应链部门,将概念快速转化为可量产的商品(含配方、工艺、包材选型、保质期测试)。
- 建立B2C产品研发流程,包括消费者感官测试、竞品对标分析、成本目标拆解,确保新品商业竞争力。
- 管理外部代工厂或合作实验室的新品试产,解决冻干+复合工艺(如冻干+巧克力涂层、冻干+酸奶块)的技术难点。
- 本科及以上学历,食品科学、营养学或相关专业。
- 5年以上休闲食品或冻干食品研发经验,其中至少2年聚焦B2C市场,有成功上市的新品案例(需在简历中体现/薪资可定于20-25K区间)。
- 熟悉亚太地区食品法规(如中国GB、日本JAS、东南亚清真认证要求),具备跨界创新能力(如冻干+其他品类复合)。
- 具备优秀的市场洞察力与产品经理思维,能用消费者语言定义研发参数。
- 有团队管理或项目牵头经验,能承受快节奏的新品开发周期。

Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle development of B2C freeze-dried products for Asia-Pacific markets (including freeze-dried fruit snacks, functional freeze-dried cubes, kids/health lines), launching 2-3 product series annually.
- Research consumer trends in Asia-Pacific (Southeast Asia,
Japan, Korea, China) and propose product concepts tailored to regional
taste preferences, packaging formats, and nutritional profiles. - Manage 1 R&D engineer and collaborate with Marketing,
Design, and Supply Chain teams to rapidly translate concepts into scalable
products (formulation, process, packaging selection, shelf-life testing). - Establish B2C product development workflows including consumer
sensory testing, competitive bench-marking, and cost target breakdown to
ensure commercial competitiveness. - Manage pilot runs with external co-packers or partner labs,
solving technical challenges in freeze-dried + compound processes (e.g.,
freeze-dried with chocolate coating, freeze-dried with yogurt bites).
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science, Nutrition, or
related field. - 5+ years of R&D experience in snack foods or freeze-dried
products, with at least 2 years focused on B2C markets; proven track
record of successful product launches (to be highlighted in resume/Salary:
20K-25K/Month). - Familiar with Asia-Pacific food regulations (e.g., China GB,
Japan JAS, Halal certification in Southeast Asia) and cross-category
innovation capabilities (e.g., freeze-dried + other categories). - Strong market insight and product manager mindset; able to
translate consumer language into R&D parameters. - Team management or project leadership experience; able to work
under fast-paced product development cycles. - Proficient in English as a working language.
