采购计划员

Responsibility/工作职责：
1. ERP system data maintenance, including creation and acceptance of orders, input and follow up PO etc. *
ERP系统数据维护，包括创建并接受任务单，输入及跟踪采购定单等工作。
2. Create Kanban and be responsible for releasing and management of production orders. *
制作看板，负责生产任务单的下达及管理。
3. Manage the production process of semi-assembled products.
管理半组装品生产流程。
4. Receive and check the invoice from suppliers, check the accounts and submit payment request to financial department timely.
接收并检查供应商提交的发票，对账，请款并及时交付财务部。
5. Release purchase order on timely basis, under the requirement plan of materials, aiming at no material shortage/excess and required inventory turn. *
根据物料需求计划及时发布采购订单，致力于物料无短缺，同时也没有多余的库存，确保达到需要的库存周转率。
6. Assure vendor OTD through regularly confirming and tracking individual PO status by means of e-mail, telephone conference call, and other effective activities.
通过电子邮件、电话会议或其它有效的活动，通过定期的确认和跟踪各个定单状态来保证供应商的交货期。
7. Supplier management, including vendor performance measurement in OTD, lead time, and services.
供应商管理,包括交货及时率，交付周期以及服务的表现。
8. Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.
完成上级交待的其它任务。
