Estimated Salary: ¥12k - ¥16k/ mth
Hours: Standard to all EBSCO MFG Business Units that this role must be
flexible to work any overtime as required and must be able to travel to all
suppliers that we have on a regular basis and special trips to suppliers when
needed. The job entails a lot of travel.

Job Description:
Responsible for providing QA/QC support and direction to contract
factories and following multiple projects from development through production.
Work with Sourcing/Purchasing on evaluation of new suppliers.

Duties and
Responsibilities:

• Provide product development support to ensure
  quality is engineered into every product.
• Lead QA and QC functions within the assigned
  contract factories.
• Review and approved color samples compared to
  POB color standards (if provided) prior to supplier shipping to POB.
• Review FPA samples prior to supplier shipping
  to POB.
• Manage in-process quality assurance and
  supervision of final production inspections.
• Supervise all product testing and procedures
  to ensure product meets quality expectations.
• Work with factory on investigating customer
  complaints and corrective action requests. Investigate effectiveness of
  corrective actions taken by the supplier.
• Liason with factory staff to improve quality
  control and production processes.
• Provide reports to management on QA/QC
  activities and factory performance.
• Provide production planning support by solving
  on-line production issues and timely communication to management.
• Assist POB Sourcing/Purchasing with
  communications to potential factories.
• Work with Sourcing/Purchasing on evaluation on
  new suppliers.
• Provide product development support to ensure
  quality is engineered into every product.
• Provide weekly reports.
• Maintain a status list of products – FOT,
  color approval, FPA, engineering changes.
• Evaluate engineering change requests to verify
  implementation.

• 监督所有产品测试与相关程序，确保产品符合质量要求。
• 与工厂协作，调查客户投诉及纠正措施请求，并跟进供应商所采取纠正措施的有效性。
• 与工厂人员保持沟通协调，持续改善质量控制与生产流程。
• 向管理层提交QA/QC活动及工厂绩效报告。
• 通过解决生产线问题并及时向管理层沟通，为生产计划提供支持。
• 协助POB采购部门与潜在工厂进行沟通。
• 与采购部门合作，评估新供应商。
• 提供产品开发支持，确保质量贯穿每一款产品的设计与制造过程。
• 提供每周工作报告。
• 维护产品状态清单，包括：首件测试（FOT）、色彩批准、首件产品认可（FPA）及工程变更等内容。
• 评估工程变更申请，核实变更的实际落实情况。
