岗位职责:
1、熟悉欧洲医药或化工行业、组织开展市场调研和分析,并为公司制定业务战略提供市场调研报告及建议;Familiarize oneself with the European pharmaceutical or chemical industry, organize market research and analysis, and provide market research reports and recommendations to formulate business strategies for the company;
2、制定业务发展规划和目标,开拓欧洲市场合作机会和项目;Develop business plans and objectives, explore cooperation opportunities and projects in the European market;
3、建立欧洲业务拓展渠道并和行业内关键公司建立良好商务关系;Establish European business development channels and build strong business relationships with key companies in the industry;
4、敏感识别业务机会,推动关键客户项目商务谈判及合作达成;Sensitively identify business opportunities, drive the commercial negotiation and cooperation achievement of key client projects;
5、管理与维护海外客户信息,为客户提供售后咨询和服务。
Manage and maintain information on overseas customers, providing after-sales consultation and services to clients.
任职要求:
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,化学、医药等相关专业背景;Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in chemistry, pharmacy, or related fields;
2、5年以上化工、医药中间体、体外诊断试剂、生物缓冲剂等领域销售经验;Over 5 years of sales experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical intermediates, in vitro diagnostic reagents, biological buffers, or similar sectors;
3、熟练使用英语、德语或法语,可以作为工作语言使用,具备跨文化交流能力;Proficient in English, German, or French, capable of using these languages for work, and possess cross-cultural communication abilities;
4、对欧洲化工市场及行业客户有一定的经验积累;Has some accumulated experience with the European chemical market and industry clients;
5、具有良好的沟通技巧和商务拓展能力。Demonstrates excellent communication skills and business development capabilities.
