职位描述
o 严格按照作业指导书与程序，独立完成齐齐哈尔1.6米立式车床的开机、工件装夹、刀具安装与加工运行。
o 按时完成班次生产任务，确保生产进度。
2. 质量控制与自检：
o 按照图纸与工艺要求，使用卡尺、千分尺等常规量具对加工零件进行首检与过程自检。
o 准确记录加工数据与自检结果，确保产品质量符合标准。
o 对发现的质量异常及时上报。
3. 设备维护与6S管理：
o 执行设备的日常点检、清洁、润滑等基础保养工作。
o 负责工作区域的工具、物料定置摆放及环境清洁，维持良好的6S状态。
4. 安全与合规：
o 严格遵守公司安全生产规章制度与设备操作规程。
o 正确佩戴与使用劳动防护用品。
o 参与安全培训与改善活动。
5. 记录与沟通：
o 准确填写生产日报、设备点检表等日常记录。
o 与班组长、质检员及交接班同事保持有效沟通，确保信息传递准确。
任职资格:
1.中专、技校或高中及以上学历，机械、机电等相关专业优先，3年以上立式车床的操作经验。
2. 了解机械加工基础知识和看图识图能力、了解常用刀具、夹具和量具的基本使用方法。
3.能独立完成立式车床的基本操作流程
4.具备基本的质量自检能力和数据记录习惯。
