【岗位职责】
1. Coordinate internal and external sales meetings including logistics, agenda preparation, material compilation, and meeting minutes taking to ensure effective communication within the sales team.
2. Support sales activities and roadshows by preparing agenda, coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring seamless execution, while assisting headquarters in managing and overseeing regional activities to maintain alignment with national strategies.
3. Collaborate with the Finance team to support the approval and signing processes for sales-related documents and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely processing.
4. Assist sales managers in preparing and completing personal expense reports, ensuring all documentation meets finance requirements for timely reimbursement.
5. Support sales visit planning by coordinating schedules and itineraries and assisting in calculating and tracking travel incentives in compliance with company policies.
6. Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by sales management to support team efficiency and business operations.
【任职要求】
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles, preferably within a multinational corporation.
3. Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external clients and senior management.
5. Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with regional/global teams and handle English documentation.
