职位描述
1.根据甲方企业用工需求，通过各种渠道发布招聘信息，进行招聘；
2.根据集团制定的招聘计划，确保个人指标的达成，积极响应甲方客户的交付需求；
3.根据求职者需求，帮助求职者找到合适的工作和企业；
4.对接求职者的电话约访、面试。、体检入职等过程中发生的问题进行解答。
任职要求：
1.学历不限，经验不限，有销售经验的优先考虑；
2.软性素质要求：乐观，有服务意识，自驱力，奋斗精神
