职位描述
2.负责对新进员工岗前培训、考核，持证上岗，检验技能及仪器设备操作的培训工作
3.负责召开IQC早、夕会，传达当前任务，提出当前问题及改善对策，并将待解决问题及时向品质主管汇报
4.负责日常检验执行情况检查，品质异常、工艺异常的确认并及时反馈，跟进处理
5.负责品质及技术资料变更联络信息的传达与执行检查，品质控制能力的分析及管制，提出规范化流程管理
6.负责IQC日常报表.MES录入及时性、准确性、试验报告的初审
7.负责IQC人员日常管理(工作纪律，5S，劳保穿戴，安全，考勤、绩效及相关流程审批）。
