汽车配件销售销售工程师大客户销售外企客户汽车研发/制造汽车零部件
岗位职责:
1. 维护现有客户并从现有指定客户中获取新的有利润的业务;
Maintain existing and acquire new profitable business from existing assigned customers;
2. 在既定销售计划之前开发新业务,同时维持现有业务;
Develop new businesses prior to the agreed Sales Plan while sustaining current business;
3. 管理询价和报价活动;
Manage the RFQs and lead the quote activities;
4. 根据公司的指导方针,领导与内部协调各相关部门的价格谈判,以获得新订单业务;
Leading the price negotiation with internal coordinating all related department for each acquisition aiming for getting new order biz according to company guidelines;
5. 制定既定客户的市场策略;
Set up market strategy for the defined customers;
6. 主导SOP后的技术变更谈判以增加或维护利润;
Leading the technical change negotiation after SOP for profit increase or maintenance;
7. 领导和负责年度价格谈判;
Leading & responsible for the annual price negotiation;
8. 建立并保持与OEM客户的联系/CRM,包括工程,采购,SQA和客户管理的其他领域;
Establish and well maintain contact/CRM with OEM customers including engineering, purchasing, SQA and other areas of customer management;
9. 参与编制年度预算和战略计划,为此负责为客户制定汽车生产、销量和销售计划;
Take part in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Strategic Plan and is in this regard responsible for car production, volume and sales planning for its customer;
10. 收集和调查竞争对手的相关活动/信息;
Collect and investigate relevant competitor activity/information;
11. 在组织内部解决客户需求,以达到最高的客户满意度,并保持良好的客户关系;
Address the customer needs within the internal organization to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationship;
12. 谈判、处理和推动基本所有与客户相关的业务案例,或至少支持其他部门与客户进行谈判。这些事项可以包括保修案件的解决、逾期付款的催收、交货数量的安排、成本跟踪、一般条款和条件的合同、OES价格和条件等;
Negotiate, handle and push basically all customer related business cases or at least to support other departments in negotiations with the customer. Such matters could among others be the settlement of warranty cases, the collection of overdue payments, an arrangement about delivery quantities, cost tracking, contracts about general terms and conditions, OES prices and conditions, etc.;

任职要求:
1. 有商业经验的技术教育,如发动机,传动和机电知识;
Technical education with commercial experience, e.g. knowledge of engine, transmission and mechanic-electronic;
2. 3-5年汽车行业工作经验,有与国内外主机厂合作经验;
3-5 years’ experience in automotive industry, experience of working with global and local OEMs;
3. 熟悉TS质量体系如IATF16949、QS9000、PPAP、APQP、ISO9000、ISO14000等;
Familiar with TS quality systems such as IATF16949, QS9000, PPAP, APQP, ISO9000, ISO14000;
4. 流利的英语听说读写能力;
Fluent in English in speaking and writing;
5. 良好的协调和沟通能力;
Good coordinate and communication skills;
6. 良好的办公软件和演讲技巧;
Good Microsoft office and presentation skills;
7. 能适应经常国内、国外出差;
Able to travel domestic and overseas frequently;
8. 诚实守信,对工作认真负责,能接受经理安排的加班和临时应急任务。
Honest and trustworthy, responsible for the work, can accept the manager to work overtime and temporary emergency tasks.
