• 3 年软件测试的实际 QA 经验，在整个测试生命周期中具有扎实的手动和自动化测试实践。
• 有构建和实施自动化测试框架的经验，熟练使用主流工具，包括 WebdriverIO、Selenium、Cypress 或 Playwright。
• 具备任何语言的编程/脚本技能，如 NodeJS/Typescript、Java 和 ABAP。
• 拥有丰富的端到端测试规划、测试用例设计和测试执行经验，熟练使用 Jira 进行任务管理和需求可追溯性。
• 熟悉 CI/CD 流水线，包括 Jenkins 或 GitHub Actions。
• 拥有分析思维、关注细节和务实的质量保证方法。
• 有企业级 SaaS 产品或云原生服务的实际操作经验（测试/QA 视角）。
• 英语书面和口语流利。

• 具备制药/生物技术行业的功能知识，并熟悉合规性要求。
