职位描述
1. 主导乘用车侧围外板（含A/B/C柱外板、门槛外板等）及四门两盖的3D数模建模、A级曲面光顺与结构设计，确保造型可行性与工程落地性平衡。
2. 负责侧围主断面、门框断面等关键断面设计，管控DTS间隙面差、密封止口（BR-LINE）及焊接/涂胶边界，保障车身外观精度。
3. 开展侧围与顶盖、车门、翼子板等周边系统的间隙/干涉/装配/运动校核，解决跨系统匹配问题。
4. 分析侧围外板及开闭件的冲压工艺可行性，识别起皱、开裂等风险，协同工艺/模具团队优化设计方案。
5. 编制2D图纸、BOM、DFMEA、DVP&R等技术文件，输出规范的设计交付物。
6. 负责开闭件（四门两盖）的内/外板、加强板及铰链/锁安装板等结构设计，完成铰链、门锁等系统的硬点定义与集成布置。
7. 开展开闭件运动轨迹、刚度/强度/NVH等性能分析，解决匹配异响、漏风漏水等量产问题。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计等相关专业，具备3年以上车身外覆盖件设计经验。
2. 精通CATIA等CAD软件，熟练掌握A面光顺、断面设计、GD&T应用，能独立完成大型外覆盖件数模开发。
3. 熟悉汽车冲压工艺（拉延、修边、翻边等），具备冲压可行性分析与模具协同优化能力。
4. 掌握车身DTS定义、匹配校核方法，了解整车开发流程（从造型到SOP）。
5. 具备开闭件系统（铰链、门锁、玻璃升降器等）集成设计经验，能独立解决运动干涉、密封性能等问题。
6. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能协同工艺、模具、总装等团队推进项目落地。
