职位描述
1、参与精装修项目投标阶段的前期筛选。
2、独立完成精装修工程的工程量计算（含图纸识图、算量软件操作），并编制符合规范的造价文件。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，工程造价、建筑工程、工程管理等相关专业在读（大三或大四优先）。
2、具备基础英文读写能力，能看懂专业英文资料。
3、拥有良好的自主学习能力，能多角度思考问题并注重细节。
4、具备团队协作精神与强执行力，责任心强，能适应项目节奏。
5、每周可保证3天及以上出勤时间。
