职位描述
1. 负责新能源汽车内外饰、开闭件及座椅等核心零件的供应商质量管理，主导供应商准入评估与过程审核。
2. 制定零件开发阶段的质量控制计划，通过PFMEA分析识别潜在风险并推动整改落地。
3. 牵头解决量产过程中的质量问题，联合跨部门团队推动8D报告的闭环管理。
4. 建立零件质量数据库，通过数据分析优化供应商绩效评价体系。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，机械工程、汽车工程或材料科学等相关专业。
2. 具备3年以上汽车零部件行业SQE经验，熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系。
3. 精通内外饰/开闭件/座椅的制造工艺与质量标准，能独立主导供应商质量改进项目。
4. 具备较强的问题分析能力与跨部门沟通协调能力，能有效推动供应商质量提升。
