项目工程师
Core Responsibilities:
- Organize project team for technical proposal for A&Q projects, work with controlling to create cost model, push to optimize the proposals and ensure a competitive cost to win new business.
报价阶段组织项目团队完成技术方案，支持财务部门完成成本模型创建，推动优化方案并确保有竞争力的成本以获取新项目。
- In D&L Phase, define project objectives in regards of quality, cost, timing in alignment with project sponsor / steering committee.
在项目开发阶段，定义项目质量、时间、成本目标，并与项目总监、项目管理委员会确认目标。
- Develop the project master plan according to customer project milestone, execute it strictly according to the plan, track the project progress, identify project risks, define corrective measures if deviating form the plan.
依据客户项目里程碑制定项目主计划，并确保项目严格按照时间计划推进，及时识别项目风险，若偏离项目计划，及时制定纠正挽回计划。
- Organize Project Kick-Off and regular project meeting to ensure a sustainable project team and a stable, consistant information base, push project team to close open issues.
组织项目启动会及项目例会，确保项目信息及问题在项目团队及时共享，沟通协调项目团队及时解决项目问题。
- Follow PDP process, organize project team to complete working packages of each phase, organize Gate Review with steering committee, make sure maturity level are reached in each phase, follow up open issue and ensure issues are closed in time.
根据PDP开发流程，组织项目团队完成各阶段的工作包，组织Gate Review供项目管理委员会评审，确保在相应阶段达到成熟度要求，并跟踪问题点及时关闭。
- Develop project investment and tooling budgets, initiate capex requests and obtain approvals, monitor project expense duering D&L phase; track key financial indicators and ensure profitability are met before serial production cooperation with controlling.
确定项目投资及工装预算，发起投资请求并获得管理层批准，在开发阶段监控项目支出，确保在预算范围内；跟踪财务指标，与财务部门一起确保在量产前达成项目盈利指标。
- Report project status to management on a regular basis, and escalate critical issues and high risks to EPR.
定期向管理层汇报项目状态，并将关键问题、高风险项目及时升级到EPR会议。
- Manage customer ECRs over project lifetime, organize QCT impact evaluation and ensure a smooth changeover of ECR.
在项目整个生命周期管理客户工程变更，组织QCT影响评估，并确保变更的顺利切换。
- As customer interface for a smooth communication, and maintain good customer relationship.
作为客户项目接口，与客户保持良好沟通，维护良好的客户关系。
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
1. 全日本科及以上学历；
2. 执行能力强，有项目管理经验，良好的沟通能力；
3. 英语可作为工作语言使用，有良好的沟通及抗压能力。
4. 冲压/ 热成型企业相关经验优先
