产品开发资深专员---婴幼儿奶粉

岗位职责:
1. 产品开发 / Product Development
负责调制乳粉、婴幼儿配方奶粉等产品开发工作，熟悉产品开发流程，完成产品开发过程中的关键研发任务，包括原料开发、配方设计、小试、中试、工艺验证及调整、产品标准制定、标签审核、原料及产品质量研究、送检及数据分析、稳定性实验、配方注册、风险评估、产品上市宣称支持等工作。
Responsible for the product development work of formulated milk powder and infant formula, familiar with product development process, and finish key R&D work of product development, including ingredient development, formula design, lab trial, commercial trial, production process validation and adjustment, product standard establishment, label review, quality study of ingredient and finished good, testing data analysis, stability study, registration of IMF, risk assessment, marketing claim support before product launch, etc.
2. 研究分析 / Research & Analysis
掌握食品专业知识及科学研究技能，支持婴幼儿配方奶粉的研发工作。包括竞品研究分析、中英文文献阅读、实验设计与管理、研究数据的整理及统计学分析、研究成果输出等，具备探索研究、统计学分析、发表文章、撰写专利的成功经验。
Master professional knowledge and scientific research skills to support the scientific research work of infant formula milk powder. Including competitive product analysis, Chinese and English literature reading, experimental design and management, research data collation and statistical analysis, research output, etc. Own the capability and experience of product research, statistical analysis, publishing articles and patents.
3. 合规管理与行业趋势跟踪 / Compliance Management & Industry Trend Tracking
熟悉婴幼儿配方奶粉等食品行业动态、品类特点及法律法规要求，熟悉中国婴配注册流程及工作内容。定期参加国内外的专业会议，共享行业最新信息，维护合作伙伴关系等。
Familiar with the food industry latest status such as infant formula milk powder, the characteristics of infant formula milk powder categories and relevant laws and regulations, and the registration process and work content of infant formula in China. Regularly participate in professional conferences in China or abroad, share the latest industry information, maintain partnerships, etc.
任职资格:
1、学历专业：硕士及以上学历，食品、乳品、营养学等相关专业。
2、工作经验：2年及以上相关产品开发经验，具备婴配或调制乳粉开发背景者优先。
3、语言能力：英语六级以上，听说读写熟练，能独立完成英语工作交流。
4、核心能力：
熟悉新品开发流程，具备研发平台管理或项目管理潜力；
具备实验设计、动手能力、数据收集与统计分析能力；
有文献研究、专利撰写、文章发表等实际经验者优先；
熟悉行业法规、产品标准及合规要求。
