Job Summary:
B-end designers play a crucial role in the product design process. They are not only responsible for interface design and optimization but also need to deeply understand business and user needs, work closely with the team, and continuously follow up and optimize design effects to enhance the overall competitiveness and user experience of the product.
Key Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for the visual design of the company's system products or B-end product lines, covering the entire process from concept to implementation, including interface layout, color matching, icon design, etc., to ensure that the product interface is both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
2.Drive the consistency and standardization of product interaction and visual design. Designers need to formulate and maintain design guidelines to ensure a unified design style across different products or functions, enhancing the overall user experience.
3.Deeply understand business and user needs. Through user research, data analysis, and other methods, identify user pain points, provide strong support for design, and think and innovate based on design trends to meet the constantly changing needs of users.
4.Work closely with the team. Collaborate with product managers, developers, testers, etc.,
to ensure the smooth implementation of design plans. At the same time, participate in design discussions, provide professional opinions and suggestions, and jointly promote the optimization and upgrading of the product.
5.Continuously follow up on design effects and optimize. Designers need to pay attention to the online effect of the product, collect user feedback, and iterate and optimize the design based on the feedback to ensure that the product always maintains a good user experience.
Technical Requirements:
· Possessing excellent user interface design skills, including layout design, color matching, icon design, etc., capable of designing interfaces that meet the needs of B-end users.
· Understanding the principles of user experience design enables one to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces, enhancing the user experience.
· Familiarity with interaction design principles allows for the design of interactive interfaces, including the interaction design of elements such as buttons, links, and forms.
· For B-end system designers, they need to understand system architecture design, including database design, back-end service architecture, front-end architecture, etc., to ensure the compatibility of design and system architecture .
· Responsive design skills, able to design interfaces that adapt to different devices and screen sizes to provide a consistent user experience
· During the design process, data security and privacy protection requirements should be considered to ensure that the designed system architecture complies with relevant security standards
· The B-end design field is constantly changing, designers need to have the ability to continue to learn, follow up the industry trend and technological development, and constantly innovate design ideas and methods
· Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, well-structured user-research reports, UX design specs, and usability-test findings that meet professional standards.
· Proven ability to translate rigorous user-research methods and data-driven insights into actionable UX solutions that measurably lift user satisfaction and conversion rates.
· Security、AI、Design experience in big data and overseas products is preferred.
· Good English communication skills and good at video editing are preferred.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor degree or above, professional background is generally required to design related major.
· At least 5 years relevant working experience.

技术要求：
具备优秀的用户界面设计技能，包括布局设计、色彩搭配、图标设计等，能够设计出符合B端用户需求的界面。
理解用户体验设计原则，能够创造出易用且直观的界面，提升用户体验。
熟悉交互设计原则，能够设计交互式界面，包括按钮、链接、表单等元素的交互设计。
对于B端系统设计师，需要理解系统架构设计，包括数据库设计、后端服务架构、前端架构等，以确保设计与系统架构的兼容性。
具备响应式设计技能，能够设计适应不同设备和屏幕尺寸的界面，以提供一致的用户体验。
在设计过程中，应考虑数据安全与隐私保护要求，确保所设计的系统架构符合相关安全标准。
B端设计领域不断变化，设计师需要具备持续学习的能力，跟进行业趋势和技术发展，不断创新设计思路和方法。
