职位描述
1. 负责中餐热菜出品、灶台炒制,把控菜品口味、颜值、分量稳定;
2. 热菜主管负责后厨班组管理、排班、出品节奏、成本损耗控制;
3. 维护岗位卫生、厨具消毒,严格遵守食品安全操作规范;
4. 配合门店高峰期出餐,带教新人,稳定菜品标准。
5. 工作时间:周末双休/法定休
任职要求:
1. 有大型餐饮、酒店后厨热菜同岗位经验;
2. 手艺扎实、出品稳定,服从管理,团队意识强;
3. 身体健康,持有有效健康证,能适应轮班。
