电控测试工程师

职责描述 Job description
1.按客户要求，沟通确定测试规范，包括测试条目，测试方法，达成标准。
Discuss and define test procedure including test item, test method and
pass criteria based on customer requirement.
2.与客户和合作方一起制定，维护电子电器的测试计划。
Define and maintain plan of EE test.
3.管理供应商的测试进程，熟悉电控测试并有能力对测试准备、测试条件和结果
进行评价。 Manage the test progress of the INV supplier. Familiar with
INV test and have the ability to assess test setup, test conditions and
test results.
4.驱动供应商按 8D 流程完成测试失效的调查，检查 8D 报告，并和内外部客户汇
报。
Drive the investigation of test failure according to 8D process and check
the 8D report and report to customers and internal related.
5.定期向内部和客户汇报测试进展，及时汇报测试失效，快速响应客户诉求。
Regularly report test progress to internal and customers, timely report
test failure, and quickly respond to customer demands
6.钻研电控测试规范，积累和总结测试经验，改进测试方法，优化测试流程。
Study the test specifications of INV industry, accumulate and summarize
the test experience, improve the test methods and optimize the test
process.
7.协助和推动产品设计优化，提供测试角度的建议。
Assist and promote the design optimization and provide suggestions from
test point of view.
8.完成上级指派的其他工作任务。
Accept other responsibilities required by supervisor.
岗位要求
1.三年以上电控相关测试经验。具有开发经验者优先。
More than 3 years’ experience on inverter related test. Candidates with
development experience are preferred.
2.熟悉汽车电子电气产品测试相关的法律法规和常用的测试方法，设备。
Familiar with laws and regulations related to automotive electronic
product testing and commonly used testing methods and equipment.
3.熟悉汽车电子部件的工作原理。
Be familiar with the working principles of automotive electronic
components.
4.可以使用常用办公软件和测试数据分析工具（例如 CANape，CANoe，INCA 等）。
Can use common office software and test data analysis tools（e.g. CANpae,
CANoe, INCA）.
5.可以使用常用的质量工具，例如 FTA, 8D。
Can use common quality tools, such as FTA, 8D.
6.具有团队合作精神，善于表达和沟通，积极进取，敢于承担，能在一定的压力
下工作。 Have team spirit, be good at expression and communication, be
proactive, dare to undertake, and be able to work under certain pressure.
7.可将英语作为工作语言或能使用日语。
Can use English as a working language or be proficient in Japanese.
