资深扩散工艺工程师

职责描述：
1. 负责在线SOP等文件起草/优化，负责在线工艺及操作人员培训； Responsible for online SOP and other document drafting/optimization, and responsible for online process and operator training；
2. 负责新设备的工艺调试/开发/优化，提升产能；
Responsible for process debug/development/optimization of new equipment, throughput improvement；
3. 能够及时有效处理在线异常,跟进并提出改善方案，降低异常率；
Able to deal with online abnormal in time, Propose improvement plans to reduce abnormal rate；
4. 维护在线SPC的稳定，CPK持续改善，产品良率提升，主导扩散相关异常的调查及解决；
Maintained the stability of online SPC, continuously improved CPK, improved product yield, Responsibility for the investigation and solution of diffusion-related abnormal；
5. 配合设备人员，安排机台日常QC及PM后复机工作。
Cooperate with EE to arrange the QC of the machine and make sure the machine meet the requirement of production after PM.

任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，微电子、工科类相关专业；
Master's degree or above, major in microelectronics, engineering;
2. 5年以上半导体行业 扩散炉管工艺工作经验。
5+ years’ experience in furnace process.
3. 有较好的英文听说读写能力；
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading & written English;
4. 熟练使用office办公软件;
Competent in using MS-Office software;
5. 有MEMS相关经验可以优先考虑。
