职位描述
1、协助搭建并维护和谐的员工关系，参与员工关怀活动策划与落地（如节日福利发放、生日会组织、团建活动筹备等），收集员工反馈并整理分析。2、支持员工入转调离全流程的辅助工作，包括新员工入职引导资料整理、入职手续协助办理、离职面谈记录归档等。
3、协助完成员工档案的整理、更新与保管，确保档案信息的准确性和保密性，配合完成档案电子化录入工作。
4、参与企业文化建设相关工作，如内部宣传文案撰写、文化活动素材收集、员工满意度调研数据统计与分析。
5、协助处理员工咨询（如考勤制度、福利政策、劳动合同相关疑问），及时反馈至对应 HR 专员并跟踪处理结果。
6、完成部门交办的其他行政事务与临时性工作，配合团队推进人力资源相关项目落地。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学、社会学等相关专业优先，大二、大三或研一、研二在校生均可。
2、对人力资源领域（尤其是员工关系模块）有浓厚兴趣，了解基础的人力资源管理知识或相关法律法规者优先。
3、具备良好的沟通表达能力、同理心和耐心，善于倾听员工需求，能妥善处理简单的员工沟通问题。
4、工作认真负责、细致严谨，具备较强的执行力和团队协作意识，能高效完成上级交办的任务。
5、熟练使用 Office 办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT），具备基础的数据整理和文案撰写能力。
6、每周可实习/4天及以上，能持续实习 3 个月及以上者优先。
