职位描述
岗位职责
- 负责机加车间产品换型、调机及首件确认工作；
- 按工艺要求完成工装、夹具、刀具更换，并做好尺寸检测和记录；
- 负责新产品调试、样件试制及异常问题反馈；
- 处理现场加工异常，协助保障设备和生产顺利运行；
- 负责工装夹具、刀具的日常管理、维护保养及寿命跟踪；
- 推进快速换型及生产效率改善，提出现场优化建议；
- 完成上级安排的其他工作。
- 大专及以上学历，有机加现场工作经验者优先；
- 熟悉数控车床或加工中心操作，能适应生产现场工作；
- 熟悉发那科、西门子、马扎克等数控系统中至少2种；
- 具备调机、换型、刀具更换、首件确认等实际经验；
- 熟悉数控程序及加工工艺，具备一定异常分析处理能力；
- 工作认真负责，执行力强，有团队协作意识。
