职位描述
1.负责金刚石热沉片量产制程的维护与优化，解决生产过程中的工艺异常与制程波动问题。
2.制定各工序的制程控制计划、作业指导书与工艺参数规范，保障制程稳定性。
3.分析制程不良数据，推动制程改善项目，提升制程良率与生产效率。
4.协同工艺研发部完成新工艺的导入与验证，保障工艺从研发到量产的顺利过渡。
任职要求
1.学历：本科及以上学历。
2.专业：材料加工工程、半导体工艺、工业工程、机械工程、电子工程等相关专业。
3.工作经验：2 年及以上半导体、新材料行业制程工程 / 工艺改善经验者优先；有金刚石、硬脆材料制程优化经验者优先。
4.专业技能：
熟悉 SPC、CPK、FMEA 等制程管控与质量工具的应用；
具备较强的问题分析能力（如 8D、鱼骨图）与跨部门推动改善的能力；
熟悉金刚石热沉片全流程制程工艺，能快速定位并解决制程异常。
