2、负责编制年度薪酬规划及人力成本预算;定期进行薪酬数据分析及薪酬调查,有效控制人力成本并保持薪酬制度的激励性;
4、制定薪酬调整方案,并监控实施薪酬调整的合理性、计划性、及时性;参考业务情况及人员变动规律,优化薪酬体系;
5、负责每月员工的薪酬核算/发放及薪酬调整信息的记录与分析;
6、建立健全公司绩效考核管理体系,通过系统的规划和持续的推进,对绩效进行分析,认真落实绩效管理。
7、负责公司管理干部和员工的绩效考核及结果应用,指导、监督分支机构绩效考核工作。
