GCR Aspire Experience Support, including:
- Hiring, onboarding, offboarding
• Support Aspire hiring and onboarding experience as necessary, work closely with staffing team and HR operations team etc.
• Coordinate with staffing team to support Aspire to apply for visa, work permit, credit card, and follow up the laptop purchase PO, apply for employee badge to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Support ASPIRE check-out, check-in process and contract of international mobility.
- Aspire Program Operations:
• Daily operational and logistical support: partner and work with HRM to own and drive the day to day logistics of the Aspire program; ensure operational and logistical support is well provided and delivered for Aspires on multiple experiences, development activities, etc.
• Data and document management in time through close collaboration with HRM and other key stakeholders: manage and own the Aspire Sharepoint to ensure the content is uploaded and updated; prepare the related rotation document and collect data for business reviews; compile monthly GCR Aspire Report, and do data analysis as requested by people review or program review.
• Communication plan and implementation: support HRM on the overall Aspire program stakeholder’s communication plan, be able to do content drafting.
• Coordination and support for Aspire international experience wherever there is: visa and credit card application for Aspire experience process, like Ready, international rotations including processing streamline templates/communications/processes. Proactively work with global Aspire operation teams and cross function team in GCR whenever needed to ensure visa and relocation process are smoothly implemented in a timely manner.
• Serves as go-to-person on Aspire operation to provide support, input, recommendation to ensure operation excellence.
- Aspire Event Support:
• Support events such as Bootcamp, China Kick Off, MS Ready, etc. and take full ownership of the overall logistics to ensure the best experience.
• Support end to end logistics for Aspire training programs.
• Collect feedback and do analysis on the participants’ feedback survey results for continued enhancement.
• Coordinate Aspire alumni, mentor or manager events/engagement/trainings.
• Local training or community/network building support for Aspire.
• Work closely with HRM for possible new local initiatives for Aspire hires in GCR
- Global Aspire Program Support:
• Support global Aspire training event in China or Asia, such as Start Strong, to ensure best experience
• Support end to end logistics for Aspire training programs.
• Consolidate global Aspire training surveys, input into the system, do analysis and summarize the result and feedbacks for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with global Aspire team to ensure program operation alignment with GCR practice.
- Daily support to PRC MCAPS Line HR
• Contribute to PRC MCPAS Line HR wherever there is needed, including but not limited to team activities, events or operation support.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• BA/BS minimum required.
• 5-7 years working experience in HR, operation or project management related roles
• Good MS Office skill, and proficient in excel and PowerPoint to make excel reports and ppt, and do analysis
• Strong English and communication skill, to be able to work independently, effectively and proactively with diverse and international teams
• Very detail oriented and strong sense of operation excellence
• Overseas working or study experiences would be preferred
• Exceptional sense of accountability and urgency to drive and execute for quality results
• Be able to work under pressure and prioritize effectively
• Confident and good interpersonal communication and strong cross group collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills, Strong customer focus
• Strong creative, flexible and adaptable skills
• Strong “initiator” skills to identify opportunities/solutions to benefit stakeholders and team processes
• Strong event management experience and knowledge preferred
• Ability to manage ambiguity
Other Position Information:
• Does require ability to attend virtual meetings in multiple time zones, and occasionally in person (as location permits)
• Some travel may be required within region (3-4x per year)
