Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented professional to provide daily operational and administrative support within a medical device organization. The role focuses on data maintenance, contract processing, and order management, and requires close coordination with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of working experience, a bachelor’s degree, and good English communication skills.

The role focuses on data maintenance, contract processing, and order management, and requires close coordination with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily data maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and completeness in internal systems
• Support contract administration, including contract review, order placement, and system entry in accordance with company policies
• Process and track purchase orders and related documentation in a timely and compliant manner
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to support order to cash processes
• Maintain organized records of contracts, orders, and supporting documents
• Assist with routine reporting and data analysis as required
• Support internal audits and compliance related requests, as applicable
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company procedures and quality system requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in operations, sales support, or administrative roles within a medical device or healthcare company
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and good data management skills
• Familiarity with contract and order processing workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
